抖音平台虚假宣传，补胎服务核销遇阻，消费者求赔偿_城市资讯网

多家法院为何援引不存在的“法律”

p; 我4.12日在抖音平台购买的京东养车补胎这项服务，但是到实体店两家店核销都被拒绝，联系到抖音平台官方客服，客服至今不给处理。平台对商家没有监管，虚假宣传，侵害了消费者的权益。我的诉求是，抖音平台售后无作为导致侵害了消费者权益，耽误了消费的时间以及精力，极度影响心情，所以要求抖音赔偿。
